Welcome to Fresh Ideas! August is here and that means the end of summer countdown has begun. Take the easy road to the start of another school year by starting your school needs list early and saving some time for end of summer family fun. Include a few more picnics and outdoor adventures on your to do list. It's not over yet!

National Breastfeeding Month: Breastfeeding is a great way to enjoy being a woman and a new mom. During pregnancy, your body gets you ready to breast feed your newborn baby. While your body is getting you physically ready, you may want to do some preparation to ensure breastfeeding is an enjoyable experience.  Celebrate National Farmer's Market Week during the week of August 4 by paying a visit to your local market. Many farmers' markets will celebrate this week by providing fun activities such as festivals, contests, and activities for the kids.
